We base our shipping charges on the value of your order. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once.

The items you ordered will be shipped out in 2 business days after payment goes through. And it usually needs 5-7 days for delivery. But NO overnight shipping.
Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please provide us with detailed street address for the shipping, P.O. Box address will not be accepted.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Return & Exchange
All products returned must be complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. And, please include a letter with the following information : Order Number ; Name ; E-mail Address ; Reason To Return . You'd better to send us an email for notification if you decide to return the items back, so we can provide you our shipping address to receive the boots.
Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for ohugg.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify ohugg. immediately. If you do not notify ohugg of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
DEFECTIVE returns can be accpeted directly by ohugg within 14 days from the invoice date for credit refund or replacement. Or if we have sent you the wrong shoes, we will meet the cost for you to post them back to us and we will offer you an exchange or refund
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by ohugg within 14 days from the invoice date for credit refund. The original shipping charges of all NON-DEFECTIVE are not refunded.
If the package is refused by the customer without any cogent reasons, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees, the 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.
